Dump Truck Driver with at least 3 years experience operating a dump truck on construction sites.
Candidate must be:

Laborers
We are seeking dependable laborers for our projects. Experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right people. Laborers should have the ability to:
- Work in all weather conditions
- Be on time and reliable.
- Perform tasks involving physical labor on construction sites
- Operate hand and power tools of all types
- Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards and a variety of other tasks as assigned
- Work as part of a team
- Learn and follow safety practices
Equipment Operators
We are hiring Heavy Equipment Operators with at least 3 years experience operating equipment on construction sites. Candidate should have the ability to:
- Work as part of a team
- Work in all weather conditions
- Be on time and reliable
- Operate a variety of construction equipment including excavator, bulldozer, loader, skid steer, GPS equipment and grade control systems
- Inspect equipment before, during and after use to ensure they are working properly
- Load and unload construction materials
- Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment and working in other capacities onsite
- Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards and perform a variety of other tasks as assigned
- Communicate needs for repairs to the appropriate parties
- Perform preventive maintenance on a variety of construction class vehicles
Truck Drivers

Carpenter/ Form Setter
Candidates should have the ability to:
- build, install and repair structures
- construct concrete forms and scaffolds
- erect built-in-place forms or assemble and install prefabricated forms on construction sites according to blueprint specifications
- anchor and brace forms to fixed objects using nails, bolts, anchor rods, steel cables, planks and timbers
- build structures according to sketches, blueprints or oral instructions
- use a variety of hand and power tools
- erect, climb and work on scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above and below ground level
- use fall protection when necessary
- meet physical demands of a carpenter such as: standing, climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, lifting loads weighing 50+ lbs.
- exhibit a working knowledge of construction safety practices and have the ability to maintain a safe working environment through use of PPE and site inspection

Mechanics
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience working with diesel engine, truck and heavy equipment repair.
Job Description:
- Works as a member of a team with other mechanics
- Inspects, diagnoses and repairs issues with diesel engines
- Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs issues with hydraulics, brakes, transmission, steering, and other systems
- Experience with small diesel engine repair
- Handles routine repairs, including oil and tire changes
- Uses power, machine, and hand tools safely
- Follows all motor vehicle repair shop regulations and standards
- Performs preventative maintenance
- Performs welding or fabrication tasks on trailers and other equipment as necessary
- Prepares work orders and orders parts
- Interprets diagnostic test results accurately
- Demonstrates time management, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- On-time and reliable
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace
- High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (CDL strongly preferred)
- Diesel technician or mechanic degree a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
Project Managers
We are looking for a team player with excellent coordination and communication skills to be responsible for managing multiple projects while maintaining profitability. Must possess ability to manage all phases of construction from estimating to project close-out. Must have a positive approach with support staff, customers and subcontractors alike. Ability to prepare and maintain submissions and shop drawings is needed. Computer knowledge a plus!
Supervisors
This is a working Supervisor position, meaning this person will work alongside their crew on the job site. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must execute daily logs and time sheets and conduct safety meetings. Work closely with the project manager daily on job progress and schedule. Will forecast potential conflicts prior to the project being effected. Responsible for coordinating all work with subcontractors, suppliers and equipment needs. Computer skills a plus.
Foremen
This is a working Foreman position, coordinating day to day operations. Must have sitework and utility experience. Must be knowledgeable and skilled with use of grades and blueprint reading and able to effectively communicate with Supervisors and Project Managers. Excellent written and verbal communications are required. Must keep daily logs, time sheets and conduct safety meetings. Foreman will provide employee time and maintenance logs to Superintendent.
